EFECTO PLACEBO is the controller of data collected to process purchases, validate access, answer messages and meet legal obligations.
Minimum data
We may request name, email, phone and identification to identify a purchase and prevent fraud. We do not store complete card details; the payment provider processes them.
Purposes and retention
We use information to manage orders, tickets, support, event security and expressly authorized communications. Retention is limited to necessary legal and operational periods.
Rights
Data subjects may consult, update, correct or request deletion of their data when Colombian law permits.
