Cancelled events
When EFECTO PLACEBO permanently cancels an event, it will communicate the procedure and estimated timeframe for returning the eligible amount through the applicable method.
Changes
Material date or venue changes will be communicated through available channels. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the specific conditions communicated.
Withdrawal
Voluntary requests are reviewed under Colombian law, the nature of the service and the conditions accepted at purchase. Approval is not automatic.
Used or compromised tickets
Refunds are not processed for used tickets. Refunded or voided tickets are no longer valid for entry.
