Scope
These terms govern use of the EFECTO PLACEBO platform and the purchase of access to events produced or sold by the collective.
Purchase and confirmation
A pending order is not a confirmed purchase. A ticket is issued only after the payment provider verifiably confirms the transaction.
The buyer must check the event details, quantity and contact information before paying.
Access
Each QR is unique. The first valid scan records entry and later attempts will be rejected. The holder is responsible for not publishing or sharing the code.
Physical identification and compliance with the event's announced minimum age may be required.
Conduct
EFECTO PLACEBO may deny or withdraw access in cases of violence, harassment, discrimination, weapons or violation of venue rules, within applicable legal limits.
